Some my frown on it but it is better then the birds landing on the edges of the highway and getting hit when they are startled and launch in the wrong direction. Glad you were out to get the shot.

Hmmm, now that you've suggested that perhaps it was a deer that was hit on the road and dragged into the middle of the farmer's field. I had driven past there on Friday and didn't see it or the birds eating it.
