From early today on the St Lawrence, now almost ice free (was 40% frozen last Saturday), shot hand held with XTi at 1600ISO for the low light, 300mm with 1.4tc, long distance and it was snowing, manual focus

I'm practicing BIF - you can see I have a lot to learn and experimenting as I go, I find I have to manual focus because the xti is very slow to focus the 300.
