I've got a sequence of a dude doing exactly the same thing on a bmx which I shot recently, with exactly the same (probably worse) outcome: hugely swollen face, the general bruises, he wasn't lookin' too pretty the next day. I should post it up sometime.
There are those tricks which just need a high speed sequence to show them off, no matter what the sport, I think double backies qualify.
