I was over at my dad house taking his old photo equipment and ended up with two flashes. My question is are they worth using over the one on my 20d. the first flash is a canon speedlight 244t, and the second is a sunpack auto 2000 dz. The sunpack does have the ability to angle the flash so that might be worth putting in my camera bag but the 244 ??

Before connecting any old flash to your digital camera, do have a look at this link and make sure the sync voltage won't be too high and possibly damage your camera.
