I don't know what the hell I am thinking, but I just couldn't ignore all of the reviews on the Zeiss 21mm Distagon ZE and bought one from a forum member. Should be here in a week or so. Damn you people and your exotic MF lenses :)

Well, I just traded my 35L for the Zeiss 35/2 ZE. I predict your 35 will be next to go...

Haha Tada... I'm falling into the same trap as you. I have Zeiss 35 as well.

No to be overly technical but isn't the saying "I've down right lost my mind."? I don't know, more curious than anything.

No clue what the actual saying is. I was a bit jittery about spending that much coin on a manual focus lens :).

And the 35L is going nowhere. That is my favorite lens. For paid shoots, it's my go to, and I shoot running screaming kids mostly, so I need the AF. That being said, I can see this Zeiss filling in nicely for those newborn shots and family portraits.
