Snowmobile Drags, state record-150MPH

Here are a few shots from the snowmobile drags this weekend. They did a nice job grooming the track and as you can see each had their own style. The guy that set the new state record did over 150 mph.

PS Yes Frank, I would of liked more room in front of #1 but he was going 120mph and it was damn cold.

I am going to have to adjust my settings to get a more crisp photo on here, I am losing to much sharpness and they look like crap.

cool photos. i think this should be moved to the motorsports section though.

i know they are trying to get more tracktion but it almost looks like they are going so fast that they are falling off haha

Tell me about it! I've shot snowmobile races in the U. P. ;)

Then there was the time we shot, in the studio, Rupp's Hemi powered rail job with skis on the front & 2' tracks on the back. They took it on Houghton Lake & said they ran out of driver at 110mph. :D

i think this should be moved to the motorsports section though.
