First attempt at black and white. Not sure if this is any good, but thought I would add it here to see what people think. There was light rain (fine drizzle!), so I didn't have much time - but I wanted to have a go anyway.

Every time I try to do any manipulation it ends up looking bad. It seems that using imaging products takes just as much skill as using the camera (both of which I still have tons to learn about). Any tips on how to do that would be great. If you use Camera Raw, my only tip would be to use the "fill" stuff that use to brighten the blacks.
