orange light test

I am trying to learn how to use all these new lights I got, and I was eating an orange...so... pictures of oranges.
When I took these 3 individual shots I did not have it in mind to put them together but I think they look better together than individually.

any good? suggestions?

Very nice. The only thing I don't like is the shadow resulting from the stem on the right side... granted...that's a HUGE nitpick...great color, bokeh.

I think the composition is very strong. nice job. Great colors, too.

did you use the Tammy Macro for this? How do you like it?

thanks, yes those were all with the tammy 90 macro. I really like this lens.
I agree with you about that shadow, but I think I was trying to throw a stronger light from the left to give a bit more depth, but the shadow is a little harsh, and it is a touch out of focus as well.
but I am learning and having fun while doing it.
