This is beautiful. I absolutely love this silvery effect. Would look amazing on a metal print.

Thank you! I may have to try a metal print. Haven't done one before.

Glimmerman.... This is really nice. The tones, shapes, and empty sky all make for a fantastic image. Excellent shot.

This is fantastic. Nice zones, great depth and it's nice in a vertical. I like!

Tomb below alter of Worms Cathedral, Germany.

and who is enshrined here?

i think the "official" Royal Cathedral in Germany is in Berlin. where the previous kings and queens are entombed...

Sarcophagi in the Crypt
Four Salian princes were buried in the altar space of the Frankish church and were then built over. Another five followed by 1046. These are the ancestors and relatives of Emperor Conrad II:

Salian crypt, left side
Conrad the Red, Duke of Lorraine (Great-grandfather) † 955,
Judith, Duchess of Carinthia (Grandmother) † 991,
Henry, Count of Wormsgau (Father) † 990/991,
Judith (Sister) † 998,
Conrad I, Duke of Carinthia (Uncle) † 1011
Matilda (wife of the preceding) † 1031/32,
Queen Matilda † 1034, consort of Henry I of France and daughter of Conrad II (transferred to Worms in 1046),
Conrad II, Duke of Carinthia (Cousin, son of Conrad I) † 1039,
Bishop Azecho, Successor of Bishop Burchard, † 1044.

A 10 second shot? Nicely done sir. This could be fun if you could sneak in some gelled flash units.

Thank you, ndcisiv. Yeah, flash would allow for some creative options.

It was just windy at this point, maybe gusting to 40-50 mph. Then the sky vomited.
