Who would have thought this was a good portrait lens for animals :) let me know what ya think.

Those are great! Terrific clarity and color. I just picked up a used 85mm 1.8 myself. I can't wait to put it to use.

Beautiful shots. I'm loving the color and sharpness of these photos! I must say the bokeh is fantastic on the 85 1.8. Well done.
