My dad lost his 11 year old lab to diabetes last week. Over the weekend, he told me the house was too quiet, and he had heard about a litter of pups. Here is the one he chose, it will be another 3 weeks until we can bring his new little boy home. We haven't come up with a name yet, so all suggestions are welcome.

I would name him Dr. Kenneth Noisewater. Or Chopper.

He looks like an Adam or a Jeffrey. This coming from a girl who usually doesn't name her animals with human names. :D

I usually can't name my pets until I get to know them for a couple of days...personality or antics play a role for me. Then they get a handful of nicknames tossed at them. funnily enough they all know their nicknames too.

If I had to name him before I knew him Simon & Hank are popping into my head.

Very handsome pup I might add. Condolences & congrats to your dad.

After about the third day, you might want to change his name to *damnit dog* *).
