Help finding Canon 70-200 lens report

I remember reading a report on the 70-200 2.8 IS comparing it to the the non-IS on a Canon site somewhere (jp?), but now I can't find it or any links (can't remember how I found it at first!). It was a single page tech report of sorts.
Anyone seen it or a link (i've been searching a while!)?

I don't know what good composition is.... Sometimes for me composition has to do with a certain brightness or a certain coming to restness and other times it has to do with funny mistakes.
