Hello,
I saw some CF tripods on Ebay with the name Fancier. Has anyone tried these tripods and what are they like? I'm looking for a CF tripod but am unwilling to pay Gitzo's prices. My largest lens will be a Sigma 150-500mm or possibly the 50-500mm on a 1Ds mkII. Thank you.

Tim

The measure of a man is not how many times he gets knocked down..but how many times he gets back up.

I have not seen the Fancier ones, but I'm just tossing in a cheaper alternative to Gitzo/Manfrotto

Search this board for fancier, and weifeng. I was headed that way, then stepped up to Benro, then now up to Feisol.

By the time I buy, I may end up with a Gitzo.
