Anyone willing to make available RAW high ISO comparison images from your shiny new T2i for download? I'd really like to see how the the noise looks from 800 ISO and up.

Thanks!

Jim

Here are the links, just finished uploading.

It's not the best photo in the world, just took a picture of an ornament in the hallway (yes, I know it's not Christmas aha).

No tripod used. Focus was on the first r in Merry. F1.8 in all photos, shutter speed varied depending on ISO, from 1/30 to 1/1000th.
Edit: Now that I think of it, I probably should've kept the shutter speed the same huh (to minimize variables). I'll do another set tonight.

If my test was inaccurate or if you want something else done let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Amoda,

Thank you for the downloads (still in progress). I'm looking forward to comparing the noise level to my XSi and the other cameras I've been considering.

One more question. How do you find the focus? Have you had any other Canon DSLR's to compare it to subjectively?

Thanks again!

Jim
