taken last saturday

the snow helped with the lighting

the black kite is a rarity in the UK but this juvenile has taken to gigrin farm

Some good shooting, Darrell. The last is terrific, he seems to be staring right at you! Interesting remark about the snow having helped with the lighting.

Great shots of some healthy looking birds unfortunately Black Kites are seen as the rats of the sky in India and a public menace at the meat market.
