not sure, they were actions not plug-ins I sent, I think they were maily colour pop etc as I thought you liked street/urban type stuff, trouble is I have so many now I kind of get lost with what does what

I didn't watch that video but is it that clear cut? I'm pretty worried about copyright, but isn't there often a give and take with models where you get to add them to your portfolio and they get to add your pictures to theirs (if you are not doing a paid commercial shoot)?

She wasn't getting paid, and AFAIK has no contract so she owns the whole copyright of the image. Regardless of the person being in your image they still need your permission to use it.

If you get a model in on a "time for pictures" basis then generally you give them pictures for their portfolio and use them for yours. If you pay the model you've no reason to give them the photos for nothing, you can to be nice and give them some for their portfolio though.

The reason for its rarity and subsequent high market price[7][8][9] is due to its limited production and sales.[10] At the time of its launch during the holiday season of 1987, Stadium Events was only available in limited stores. In 1988, Nintendo purchased the North American rights to the FFF mat technology and re-released it as the Power Pad.
The two Family Fun Fitness-branded games that had already been released, as well as Bandai's version of the running pad accessory, were pulled from shelves and presumed destroyed. Because of this odd sequence of events, only 2000 copies are believed to have been produced, of which it is estimated that 200 copies reached consumers before being recalled.[10] Today, collectors who follow the online sale of rare video games believe that fewer than 20 complete copies of the game exist, only two of which are known to be factory sealed. An eBay auction of a NES console along with a copy of the game with manual and box landed the seller a winning bid of $13,105 on February 13, 2010.[11][12] Another eBay auction on an new, factory-sealed version of the game was sold on February 26, 2010 with a winning bid of $41,300, nearly double the old record. There is currently another copy of the game in near mint condition with accompanying manuals, boxes and flyer that is at $800,000 bidding price, set to more than double that new mark.
