Great, thanks. I have heard only good things about the 85 1.8 so I can't wait to try it out on the 5DII.

Great. :)

I have a built in card reader in my PC but the thing is really slow so I need something faster. Would you think the firewire version would be better (I think I have a firewire slot on my PC).

The firewire should be better, it also put a lower processing load on the CPU, but for me it was not worth the price difference and it is not as cute :)

This may be worth a read to some...

The 4G refers to 4th Generation Phone, not 4G networks, which some networks ARE currently trialing.

Seems like an awfully misleading name to me...

forgot to stick a photo up for yesterday - a flying visit to Richmond Park (makes a change going at a civilised hour - and not in the middle of winter!)

have a good one...

Love this one Lee. I really need to get down to Richmond one of these days...

Morning all, heres a couple from me, this little chap kept waiting for me to turn over the ground at my allotment so he could eat all the bugs I was digging up, shame I only had the macro with me, not the best lens for birding.....

Great shots, and what a smart little guy :)

I think today could be the start of the spending spree. 16-35 is first, emails sent to Kerso...whats next..

Nice! Tilt Shifts are fun, but you should really get a mark IV (so I can have a play ;))

Moring all,
Thanks for the comments about Triumph photos guys.

Adrian is now coming to Pembrey with me next weekend, will be fun. I can always get more tickets (although not trackside access) for others if you want to come along.
FYI this is the Triumph schedule:
16/17 April BMCRC/MRO Oulton Park
1/2 May BMCRC/MRO Pembrey
12/13 June BMCRC/MRO Silverstone National
26/27 June BSB Mallory Park
17/18 July BSB Snetterton
24/25 July BMCRC/MRO Brands Hatch Indy
7/8/9 August BSB Brands Hatch GP
29/30 August BSB Cadwell Park
25/26 September BSB Silverstone GP

Some great london shots, I agree about the important of a good eye, something I'm also missing from y kit bag.

I'm loving the light paiting work! very inspiring just got no time :(

The Marathon Photo guys are struggling to get all of their equipment into the UK for this weekend, so I'm getting paid extra to use my own kit woohooo!
Another 3000 clicks on a MKIII is nothing.

I wanted to repeat an earlier post, I've been surprised none of you guys could recommend..
(unless I missed it of course)
I'm looking for a large canvas for a client.Approx 1Metre high x 70cm across.

Rich, depending upon whether my Rota changes or not at work, i should be able to help you out at Silverstone if you need it. The others will have to be checked nearer the time.

I use a place in Bracknell for mine, they are spot on, can get you a price if that would help?
