Just tried it in photoshop and straightened just the statue leaving the road as it is and it works quite well.

Like the result Steve but I have a feeling the doing will be a bit to complicated for my little brain as most things in photoshop are.

Make a selection as below

IMAGE: http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y232/bodmin636/Untitled-2.jpg

then copy and paste that selection to a new layer
press ctrl t to enable transformation
Then select the angle box in the top menu and use the up and down keys to rotate till it looks right.
simples :)

Just noticed there is a bit that needs cropping out on the left and some blending in the clouds

Right I'm off to drag Ian to Chelsea to photograph them winning the Premiership, I hope he can still see through the tears to the viewfinder! he needs some good photos today to pay for his new lens!

Shame you dont have the 400 yet Ian. The 2x tele on that would have really let you capture the hopes and dreams being crushed in their eyes. ;)

Really nice, Matt. That sparrow looks a bit fluffed up. I think it's a bit too early for babies, though isn't it?
