Fantastic bike shot Adrian - I really really like that. Lovely and sharp, but looks super fast.

Hey guys - just need your opinion on a set of shots im PPing. I want to use a single style across them all but cant choose which. Please give me your thoughts on these three. They are not hard and fast - elements can be changed and tweaked, but they give you an idea of where im going.

Why not run Windows in a VM for this? Could be a cheaper option. We use VMWare Fusion at work for situations when there is no Mac equivalent app.

Did you see how I avoided making any smart arse remarks about when it comes time to doing any real work, your aluminium etch-a-scketch is found wanting? I suprised myself ...

:D

I've just had a quick look around and found Handbrake (external link) which is a open source (free), cross platform video transcoder.

I don't know anything about it, or how long it takes, but apparently it may be able to convert it 1080p to something usable.
Alternatively there is also M2TS Converter for Mac OS X (external link), only $35. There is a trial which allows you to convert 5 minutes worth of footage.

Good luck.

Thanks for the help guys :)

Woot. POTN is just a few posts away from 10 million posts...

Should get there sometime today/this evening I think.

Is there a prize? Has it happened yet?

As I think I mentioned before, My wife and I made it to Paris... back in December 2009.

So yeah, I've been a bit lazy about processing my pictures. But I'm slowly getting there. The theme for today's batch is: the Sacré-Coeur in Paris (external link) and its gargoyles. I like gargoyles....

Here are some of my favourites:

Hopefully will have more to share in the coming days...

Yep, happened a few hours ago. There was no prize except for the kudos of doing it. I happened to be the one to make the 10 millionth post, but I was aiming to be shortly after it.
