Mornin' Z-ness. :)

I'm trying to convince Dan to take off early. Today is the ONLY day in the weather forecast to go see the tulips while we still can.

Don't give him a choice, want me to call in a bomb threat at his work?

Here is a CNN article about a $13 cup of coffee to be had in Baltimore as well as a coffee quiz you might like.

Sounds like the woman needs to get fired. She is clearly just on a power trip. She is not stopping any pictures from being taken so no ones privacy is being protected. I understand you having to go along but it is very very wrong and this person should not be in a position to do anything if this is how she operates. It's Jersey, can you offer her twenty bucks or what ever the standard bribe is:lol:?

Just get her a pair of cement sneakers.

Nom nom. I'm tired of feeling fluffy (read: overweight/out of shape), so I'm trying to at least eat better things and cut portion sizes little by little. This week's fav appears to be salad w/spinach added, small sprinkle of feta cheese, little bit of chipped smoked turkey, tomato, sliced egg and a tiny drizzle of greek dressing. YUM.

I've seen this quote very similar somewhere else. I'll try and figure it out and post later.

Lisa, I told Dan to make it look good when he is running and screaming for his life after they get the bomb threat. Charge your batteries!

LOL!! He just sent me a text saying "I'll be off at 12:30 or when Zane calls in that bomb threat":lol: LOL!!

and that was an interesting article. I've bought and roasted some of the Panama Esmerelda coffee. It was good. I didn't love it like I do the island coffees but that's a personal preference.

It was right and wrong though...right in that what you serve is incredibly important for excellent coffee but wrong in that, they said that "how you brew isn't as important..." and that's wrong. It's also incredibly important for a great cup.

But the $ is quite interesting. It costs about $23/lb for that esmerelda coffee greens. Then you roast it and serve it and charge $12 for 3 (probably) shots? That's a HUGE HUGE profit.
