Feb 28, 2010 21:22 | #1 Was at a family wedding on Saturday and just happened to have my camera gear in the car. (I wasn't the photog, who was, incidentally, a family friend just using a P&S camera). I didn't want to upset the photographer but after about an hour I asked if he minded if I took a few photos. He actually sounded relieved that someone else was there to help. Here's a few (unprocessed) images:     Instead of loving things and using people, why not use things and love people?

Yep, she was a stunner, simple but nice, and a lot of fun. Instead of loving things and using people, why not use things and love people?

Makes a dilemma though eg should I step in and offer to help with the photos, or should I just leave things be? Instead of loving things and using people, why not use things and love people?

As it turned out, the photographer wasn't getting paid, he was just doing it as a favour, so when I actually offered to take some photos about an hour later, he was very pleased to have some help. However, your point is well taken. Instead of loving things and using people, why not use things and love people?

Of course, he was a volunteer, but you did the right thing.... This space for rent.
