That's Right, it is time for Volume IV. With the success of the previous years Coffee Table Book, the volunteers have pony'd up to do it again!
Some things are a bit different for this year as well.
Briefly:
Minimum Join Date December 1, 2009 and a minimum of 30 posts
One submission per member per Gallery Share Competition (Share)
Submissions must be in sRGB @ maximum jpg format (no lower than 10 in PS)
EXACTLY 2574 on the longest side
Name the file what ever you want
No submissions of PUBLISHED images from previous volumes

The Other Good News:
200 pages this year. (that means more photos)
One Signature Image per Share like the previous volumes; plus a couple of single page photos (smaller than the Signature shot) that also defines the share.
Of course your favorite quotes.
Something special for the inside back flap. (we are such teasers)
Something VERY interesting for the back cover (stay tuned).
The Big Change:
Chapters will be as follows:
People and Kids & Family - Portraits, candids, group shots, people doing this and that. The cuddly photos galore!
Weddings and Family Events - Photo stories of family events regarding birth, love, life and death alike.
Performing Arts - Concerts, shows, performances. Rock, jazz, rap, classical, dance, theatre, opera, mimes, magicians....
Glamour & Nude - mour photography, bikini shots, nude photography (male or female). No pornography!
Sports - Sports photography. High School, College, Professional, City league, etc.
Motorsports - Competitive motorsport photos.
Transportation - Aviation, trains, cars, boats, bikes, submarines, balloons...
Pets - Meow! Bark! Honk! Hiss! Grrr! Tweet!
Wildlife - All of the critters that walk, craw, hop, swim or swing that you won't let live in the house.
Birds - A forum for fine feathered friends
Macro - Macro photography, from bugs to bark; from ice to bolts
Nature (flora) - Flower, trees, grass...
Landscapes - Planet Earth is your oyster!
Urban - City life, architecture, industrial, street photography
Astronomy - Stars, galaxies, clouds, Auroras, Klaatu...
Still & Experimental - What do you shoot when it's raining outside? Not the way you process it.
All B&W, HDR etc. will go in the chapter that best suit’s the subject. This prevents crossover images. The Panel Members will evaluate each image for it’s correct chapter and printability. The PMs will strictly follow the above definitions when choosing for correct chapter. If an image is not accepted for proper share, then the image will be moved to the appropriate share if there is not already a submission from that submitter. The submitter will be notified and allowed to resubmit to that particular chapter. As in the past, submitters will not be allowed to resubmit for non-printability. The Book Committee reserves the right to make changes or exceptions at it’s discretion.
