Topaz Vivacity vs Topaz Detail

Can someone with some experience with both tell me the difference. Both appear to sharpen the details. There must be a difference that I am missing.

I have Googled it and found nothing.

I know bumps are frowned upon. However, I would really appreciate knowing the difference. I am hoping one of th POTN gurus can help. I can't believe that no one could help in the past week.
