make your own silencers? Just buy some sew on velcro in the right width, cut it to the right length and put it on the "itchy" side.

Yes, that's what I ended up doing. I also tried all manner of plastic buckles and magnetic snap closures. But the stiffening bars/boards: What to do about that other than have them taken out (and the bag competently sewn back together) or gorge oneself on twinkies, get really fat, and hope they won't be as painful on the hip?

I just bought a urban disguise 60. I love that bag, but when it's full (inc. laptop) it gets a little heavy .

The black 10 and 20 were both listed as in stock when I checked the TT site this afternoon.
