I loved the ending with the old lady coming from near where on the trail saying it was public access!
Then they said it was public but you had to keep walking and not stop. Thank goodness for high ISOs and fast shutter speeds.

Not cause I like paps, but I hate security guards. Private security is crap, they don't know anything about the law or rights. If you read the follow up articles, no one is even willing to take ownership for hiring those thugs. And those study "Bachelor" jerks like the attention. Why else do you need a freaken TV show to get married? Scum, period. I think you're going with the grain actually.

Seeing the footage, I was thinking how much I would have loved kicking that grease sack in the head, but the paparazzi did the intelligent thing. And of course its normal to complain and whine when you are treated so unfairly by gorillas and by that corrupt police force. i agree with you 100 percent, should have never escalated to a physical confrontation, no one has the right to beat on anyone else.... If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you!!

Kinda like picking a fight and then wanting to call it off when you start losing. For some reason, I don't feel sorry for any of the participants - maybe they all ought to be locked up for insulting intelligence.

Thalagyrt wrote in post #9725358 There must be a limit to what type of force can be used though. For example, you can grab someone by the arm and escort them out, but putting them in a headlock and dragging them out on their back will land you jail time. I'd find it hard to believe that there aren't laws governing excessive force over in Australia. 1D MK111 , 5D Classic,24-70F2.8, 16-35F2.8, 70-200F2.8 IS a 430EXII 2x 580EXII and a Mac...

The use of force here in OZ is not looked upon favorably by the courts at all.... Really? I've never had any trouble with Police/court when I've been forced to use force. I've been told I did a good job by a copper once, the rest of the time it's been a non issue. My gear is starting to come together.https://photography-on-the.net …?p=9669451&postcount=2225

People also say they hate the way things are being run, but they keep re-electing the same people over and over. Try keeping off a 6'5, 260lb gorilla who is choking you with one hand and protecting $8000 dollars worth of equipment (1DMark3 + 400mm ) in the other while he is taking you to the ground. Did I mention you also have a 25lb backpack on?This day in age, most paparrazi know the where they can and can not shoot. It's not like they were hiding out in the bushes. We all love to hate them, but until the laws are changed in the US, try and stop them when they are within their god given right..lol
