Help with college

I'm looking for colleges to go to now. Our school does use The college board, but that only returns major colleges. They're nice, but I would like to look at some of the smaller colleges out there that might offer a better major for myself. Does anyone know of any? I remember someone on her told me about Emily Carr in BC Canada, and that looks like a really cool school. I'm looking for schools like that all over, and in europe.
