You know he ALWAYS wears a cap. Always. He probably is going bald lol I've never asked but now I'm going to! (they're friends of mine)

As for PP - I use a series of textures (you can look for them through google...generally i refuse to pay for textures, when you can find high resolution ones on the net).... layering styles... masking techniques... tons of different things depending on what look I'm going for. I love post processing! It's half the fun for me :)

Textures?

I'm new to all of this, so I just type in "textures" and look for something close to this effect?
I would love to learn how to do these kind of effects.

My brother always wears a cap, and he's going bald, so I just tend to think "always wears a cap=balding" LOL

Fabulous job though. The girl is beautiful.

I like the effects, good captures too. I am not a fan of borders like that, and i know its a style thing but they just dont work for me. I am sure they do for your clients though, the important people.

thanks those were my faves also!!!

I know some people don't like the heavy PP on photos like this, but my clients do seem to love it. I guess its a bit different then what most photographers are doing out there. I come from a heavy graphic design background, so I really enjoy getting to play around in PP and make some cool stuff like this!

Nice work Kristen! The muted coloring in #4 is very nice.
