I'm just getting started in the HS senior market and I'm currently building a portfolio for show. As of this weekend I will have shot about six HS senior models to start a Senior section on my site and for ads in school papers and such.

How many do you think is enough just for the portfolio building before starting to actually sell yourself in that area.

Hopefully I can get some responses from some of you guys who are already established and have already been down this road.

I am trying to narrow my focus to a few specific areas of photography. Up to now I've been all over the place.

Thanks in advance.

I think between 6 and 10 is a good number. Showcase the best one or two from each... Different outfits and locations can really help your variety - and show off your skill :)
