What cards (SD and CF) worthy of my new 1DMKIII purchase?

I searched but believe it or not (I didn't!), I couldn't find much.

I recently purchased a 1DMKIII and need to buy an SD and CF card worthy of this camera. I know cards come in all sizes, speeds, and types, and I'm clueless about them. For some reason I don't have the desire to research them like I did my camera and lenses. :p

I plan on shooting in RAW almost exclusively.

^^bingo. just match the max write speed of the camera to the max write speed of the card. You hit diminishing returns hard beyond that unless you find rebates like the recent one of the extreme 4.

sd extreme 3's were absolutely rockin in my xsi. please do stick to sandisk and lexar <!--end brandwhoring-->
