I guess its not bad for what u had to work with. I dont know if that poster would make me want to see the movie though.

The background is too dark, and obviously copied from something else.

The avatar has "flash glare" from the flash- very distracting.

If you have soft lights, turn them on, then turn the flash OFF- and put the camera on a tripod and crank up the Fstop to your lens sweet spot (usually 5.6)- and iso at sweet spot of 400(?) then adjust the shutter speed for exposure.

Otherwise, it's a nice concept.

A tripod, tripod, tripod is so important in still shots like this. Hope this helped? Give it another try!!
