Shot video with 7D in portrait: help!

I have a number of sequences that look great but, alas, they were shot with the camera in portrait position. Now they are displayed as landscape in QuickTime and other video players. Is it possible to rotate videos? How does one go about doing this? Thanks!

EDIT: Please disregard this. I found the way to do this in iMovie.
