Good Weather and a Chickadee!

With all the snow the Laural Highlands of PA got in Jan and Feb (records were set!), I haven't had any time to enjoy my hobby. Until today. The sun was out, we didn't get any more snow and I didn't have to spend the entire day/weekend digging out. I still can't move around in the woods with the 4 ft plus snow, but this Chickadee did come close to the driveway and I grabbed a shot. And even though its not the best, man did it feel good!! And their promising another bright sunny day tomorrow too. WooHooo!!!

Thanks Mitch. Not one of my better ones, but just happy to have the chance to re-engage again. And yes, he was singing. Every living creature around here is happy for the break in this abnormal winter weather!

Pretty chickadee and shot Dave... sounds like you could use a pair of snowshoes to make your forest rounds.
