Good attempt. But, for me it's not convincing. I know you were just messing around .. but the shot looks very preemptive and set up. The position is awkward and doesn't make sense. The blood looks like Taco Bell hot sauce to me.

I will say that I like the angles and the high key conversions add to it's presence.

I'd say next time you kill yourself ... be more convincing. :D lol

The correct way to cut your wrist is up and down and not accross. You bleed much faster that way.

i agree with the rest. it isn't very convincing. i would definitely suggest some much more dramatic lighting to help pull off the look you're going for, for starters.
