Thats because it is a leased aircraft. It's actually Freedom Airlines.

Thats exactly what it is. The DTW controllers were kind enough to let him do two touch and goes on 21L in between some arrivals before he broke off and went on his way. It is a 1988 Schweizer SGM2-37 registration N763AF.
