I can connect to the computer it just will not recognize the camera. The utility is not compatible with snow leopard anyway thats what I was told by Canon.

How can you see its connected? Does it mount?

The cord goes from the camera to a USB port. Worked until I upgraded. I still have all the other utilities it just doesn't read the camera.
