Wow, here we see two drastically different pictures/styles of the same person.

I absolutely love #1. I love the lighting's directionality (maybe just a *smidge* too hot, but still fine), I love the way you retained the textures in the hair and skin. I love the way the depth of field and pose emphasize her face, while her neck and right shoulder fade into the background.

In contrast, (no pun intended), #2 loses the feel of portraiture. It's oversaturated and punchy. Skin looks blotchy. The green of the pants is so intense that I can close my eyes and still see the outline. I am not a big fan of this photo.

So, you have one GORGEOUS portrait, and another picture that is more of a "stylistic experiment," shall we say. I think the first one works so much better. Thank you for demonstrating what two very different techniques can do for the same subject.
