The International Society for Aviation Photography (ISAP) held their ninth symposium this past week in Las Vegas and our group road trip was to Nellis AFB. I was fortunate to draw the bus that went to mid-field between the runways.
Here are some early edits:
Thunderbird 3 Rolls Out After Landing
(Unlike the Blue Angels at El Centro, The TBirds do not practice at Nellis)
This Ain't No Demo Hog
Bad To The BOne
EA6B Prowler Departing
B-1B Launches (A Total Kidney Mixer)
RAF Harrier Heads Out To Play
US Army Shorts Sherpa
"Silver Surfer" Taking Off
I was using two rigs this day (EXIF should be intact)
- 40D + 300mm f/2.8L IS + 1.4X TC
- 1DMkIII + 70-200mm f/2.8L IS
I'm sure I'll have more in the days to come. I haven't even started a Zenfolio gallery for any of these yet. POTN got first dibs!
Hope you Like Them.
