I'd like to completely revamp my website (external link). Now comes the question of which software I'll use to design it: iWeb, Rapidweaver, anything else? (I'm on a Mac)

What I want is something easy which allows for convenient gallery managing and nested galleries...

As I have no knowledge of CSS, I don't want to have any hassle managing and designing the site.

I'll welcome any input!

Personally, whether you are needing a full screen solution or not, slide show pro with director is the easiest/best solution I have found. Check out some examples here or contact me if you need any assistance.

Thanks.

MacHeist is offering their web design software, usually 79 dollars for 20 dollars and you get another 6-7 VERY USEFUL applications to go alone with it. Hurry though, I think the sale (charity event) ends tonight.

I like WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get)

You design your website putting everything where you want it, then it just gives you the HTML code for it. Easy as hell I love it

The best program for web design, whether you know HTML and CSS or not, is probably Adobe Dreamweaver. There are 3 ways you can look at and build websites with dreamweaver...you can look in design view which is purely graphical, you can do the split view which you can see the code and the design, or you can just look at the pure code. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it its easy. There are buttons for fonts and to insert pictures and other elements. There is also a graphic interface to add CSS properties to elements of your site. It will even add some basic javascript for you like mouse over events and such.

Its pretty pricey, but its a powerful tool. Plus, it will manange your site from your local folder to your server.
