Fly and Gnats (?)

I think these are gnats. And I believe the fly is a small Muscid fly (about 4mm).
Canon XTi w/ 50mm 2.5 +10 +4 closeups.

LOvely captures- first shots are fungus gnats -maybe Sceptonia sp. you can tell by the large spurs on the legs.
