Very nice shots Chris and beautiful model too. Waiting to see the rest of them you intend to share!

Also very nice work by bridge99. I like the first two a lot. Definitely you have the photoghrapher eye to capture great moods and moments.

@ LollieLaurie - nice moon and although I have wrote that moon shots are something I have too much of, now a good friend of mine wants to make a short moon video with my camera, so I have this question - Is it really possible to compensate the strong moon light and make a short clip or is that impossible? I took yesterday a shot of the moon at f2.8 (with my crop body at 200mm - no lens extension used) as Chris posted earlier in this thread with his 5dMkII, also at f8 - there are almost identical because of the different shutter speed used for both of the shots as you can see below...but failed to adjust for a video clip...

Bridge............they get a little goofy in the rutt don't they. LOL Very nice composition and light handling. I've hunted them but never with a camera. We have some in our Northcentral to Northwestern Pennsylvania. I can find them and work as you have with them.....given lots of time.

Thanks! Hard to follow Bridge's shot though haha. Went for a more futuristic style here:

Very good work, Chris...Btw, the second image is cropped too tide :)..

Here one I wanted to delete first, then for the first time I have used Adobe Light Room 3 (normally I do not edit my images) where I have color and light corrected the image and this is what came out as final result.

Thanks! I'm still getting adjusted to using a zoom again haha. It made for some odd composition and I didn't know if I should leave it as is. The original was also a very odd composition but the expression was too good to toss aside and not try out. I'll see if there's a similar one I could edit later. I got the new Forza, Madden '12 and Rage in and I'm wanting to get my game on haha

Hey,

For this shot I put my camera in manual mode

ISO between 200 and 320
Shutter speed around 1/200 or 1/250
and f7.1
But you can fool around with that ofcourse.

Oh and don't forget to put the camera on manual focus (unending), after that I use live view and zoom in the adjust the focus. Works like a charm.

I did photoshop my moonshot a little bit, added a bit of contrast and a little sharpening.

Don't know if you would get the same result with filming though.

I think he wanted to see more of the model's assets so to speak...

Are you saying you shoot only JPEG then and not RAW?
