Everything is great but in my opinion the eyes are way overdone. Whites unnaturally white and iris to saturated and contrasty. All in all good portrait but the eyes are very distracting.

There aren't many lenses where you can get away with cropping virtually every shot to 100% at their widest aperture. The 70-200 f/2.8 and the 85 f/1.2 fall into this category. They are that sharp. This shot is a 100% crop at f/2.8:

Awesome. Looks like he's ready to jump into a slingshot. I wonder what his tap-power is.

It's an Angry Birds related comment.

Great shot BTW.

Lol. I didn't catch that either. Cool shot!

Did you apply any sharpness/clarity to this photo? That is just too sharp! Mine is no where near as sharp as that.

Hello, finally can contribute to this amazing thread :) Just recieved the 70-200, took a few test shots of some friends from work - will post them after editing for sure, this lens is un-freakin-believable!!! It's like 4 primes in one body, IQ and bokeh are simply jawdropping.
Worth every penny.

It's exactly this type of statement which causes me to spend money...

Fantastic. And I too like starlings - even though they gobble down the bird food.
