I went for a walk in a nature preserve recently. I didn't find much to photograph, but somebody (I have no idea who)
had been busy there creating stone art. There were many sets of piled up rocks and stones.
The first one here, I found intriguing, the second, I though was silly, yet I can't stop looking at the picture..

You should drive up to northern ontario sometime - those little piles are everywhere. Can't remember what they are called but I think it is some sort of Indian good luck to traveler tradition or something.

Don't panic - this was taken with a crappy 75-300 and next to no skill. I've gotten better.

We were also going about 60mph. I was very new to DSLR's and I had a lot more money then too. Now Canon has it all.

The TC IIIs are gonna be amazing. Seeing how well the TC IIs take to the 70-200mm 2.8L IS II, I can only imagine how much better it can get with the IIIs.

I hope most of the improvements are in the AF department.

I love the BOKEH on the lens and the autofocus speed is mental and the IS is silent and on and on!! :)

The thing I love about this lens is the awesome quality - you can make massive crops and still get a reasonable image...
This Heron was around 80 metres away from me and filled about 5% of the sensor
