Don't worry about the stars streaking, this is one cropped frame from 3 hours of shooting (195 images) which is my first attempt at trying to make a time lapse movie. I was just manually scrolling through the movie to see how fast I was going to make it and I noticed a little flash so I went to the image and found this.

That's a good capture. Something I've never shot myself, even though I've seen a few.

Canon EOS 450D, Sigma 18-200mm, Canon 50mm f/2.5 Macro, 2x TC, Revelation 12" f/5 Dobsonian, Mintron PD2285-EX webcam.
