Great story! I think I'd like less light on top for a bit of a moodier look, otherwise it's great :)

crop the top part, don't need the upper negative space.

Thanks for the feedback. The idea of the light eminating from the globe was intended to portray all the opportunities that are waiting out there. I could easily crop enough of the upper portion to remove negative space and get rid of the blown out area, but still have the desired effect. As attached:

I like the crop a bit more. It looks like you cooled the wb a bit too. Looks good!

Didn't adjust wb. I think eliminating hotspot at top gives that appearance. Thanks again for your input.

Soften the light, and turn the globe to get the rows of text out of the shot. Great idea though and much better than I could have done!
