I`ve been chasing this lone male around the marsh for several day, trying to get close enough for some decend images, and when I arrived on the outing, there he was, sleeping about 40 feet off shore.

Well he sure gave you some nice shots, even though he did seem a bit "pissed" at you!!

I had just finished working on a card full of Male Hooded Mergansers, when I posted these ones.

A "senior moment", perhaps, lol.
