Hopefully this is a good deal to some of you guys out there looking for a Vivitar 285 HV.

I've seen this flash used go for about ~$75-80 shipped on the for sale section. So just thought I'd share this link with you guys as I just placed an order for 3. :D

I started watching for these a few weeks back and noticed the going price for new has been between $85-$90 While sellers are posting here for $75+ with a firm price. Cannot see why people would pay that much for a used flash you can buy new for $10 to $15 more. I finally scored a reasonably priced unit in excellent condition for $55 on the forum.
