I spent the day yesterday wandering Beacon Hill Park here in Victoria in search of a supposed bald eagle nest (to no avail).

Snapped a few photos here and there. Here's a few worth sharing!

That green in the first is really neat! Out of focus though.

Like the shot with the vanilla wafer. What effects we have on the environment...

Yeah I really liked the green while I was shooting. Was disappointed when I got home to find out that I had botched the shot. The seagull swallowed his lunch whole. I watched as it went all the way down it's throat in one piece. Something like watching a snake eat.

This particular eagle and it's mate perch directly across from my apartment building every day, then take off and head the same direction every evening. Towards the nest, I suspect. Hence the search.
