Way too tired to really spend much time with what was shot but these six kind of just fell out of the basket and looked fairly presentable.

I was fortunate to be invited to Media Day at NAF El Centro in advance of their Open House and Airshow this weekend.

Wrung just about every last photon out of combining the 300mm f/2.8L IS + 2X TC.

Guess I'll just have to bite the bullett and get the 500... *SIGH*

With the amount of amazing shots you take, you above most people here should have the 500mm lens. I can't justify more than I have at the moment, but with all the work it took to get the contacts you have, you should be sporting new gear.

Nice shots btw.

The feeling is mutual. Your Raptor I-F-R shots are stunning.

Very nice. And now we don't have to guess who took the shots! :D

Thanks Frank...

I know it's a little obnoxious but I worry a little less about them ending up in places where I don't want them.

Thank you for the kind words. I've printed this and will present it to my Finance Minister.
