Been playing around with my EF 70-200mm f/4L since getting the EOS 7D. This is pretty much an 80% crop of the original RAW file. I plan on in the very near future renting the EF 400 f/5.6L to see if its suits me in my birding attempts. Hopefully more full frames without having to do the tight crops.

Nice shot, light is just beautiful and pictures is crisp and sharp. A whole new world will open the day you get a 400mm :)
