I was going to ask how close you get but then I checked out your site and see you get really close. Are these Bears familiar with you guys? Also in photo #60 the 2 guys are holding what looks like flares or something (yellow)...are those used to protect you'll from attacks? Where are you taking those excellent photos? They are indeed bear flares - we don't carry guns of bear spray - just a few falres in case one grabs us - they have a pull cord to activate (and the string is kept around a finger).
